By accessing or using BidSource's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services Description

BidSource provides procurement automation services including:

• PIP-to-Quote automation audits and implementation
• AI agent deployment and optimization
• Control Tower dashboard development
• RevOps consulting and training

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service:

• Audit: Full payment required before commencement
• Sprint: 50% upfront, 50% at completion
• Operate: Monthly billing in advance

Intellectual Property

BidSource retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, software, and intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights for implemented systems but not ownership of underlying IP.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and procurement data. All team members sign comprehensive NDAs, and we implement technical safeguards to protect sensitive information.

Limitation of Liability

BidSource's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect payment obligations for services already provided.
